As part of Art and Design, Technology offers a creative avenue of subjects which focus on practical skills.

At Key Stage 3 we offer a carousel of subjects which all subjects take part in and these include, Resistant Materials, Graphics, Electronics, Food, Textiles and Animation.

These subjects are delivered in 6 to 8 week blocks and give our students a broad yet rich experience.

GCSE students can choose either Resistant materials or Graphics.

Resistant Materials will offer our students the chance to design, develop and realise their own ideas in 3 dimensions as well as experiencing computer aided design and manufacture.

Graphics takes a contextual route. Students are asked to research and then respond to a number of contemporary graphic artists and styles and then produce their own work based on their findings.
